The powerful AL-KO 40.4 E Comfort with a cutting width of 40 cm is particularly impressive due to its powerful electric motor - ideal for efficient mowing on plots of land up to 600 m². The cable operation allows you to work without having to worry about charging times or refueling - and without the extra weight of a battery or petrol tank. The feeling of success: smooth, green mowing with little weight and a lot of driving comfort.

For your safety: thanks to the safety bar switch with cable strain relief, you can start and operate the machine safely - the cable strain relief protects against accidental disconnection of the electrical circuit.

Thanks to 3INONEfunction, the 40.4 E Comfort also offers you the functionality of a mulching mower: the finely chopped grass clippings are blown back onto the lawn as natural fertilizer. This is done by inserting a mulching wedge into the discharge channel without the need for tools. Mulching is not only environmentally friendly, it also saves you the effort of disposing of the clippings and the extra costs of lawn fertilizer.

The powerful 1,400 W electric motor and lawn mower weighing just 19.2 kg ensure the best possible cutting. The cutting height can be adjusted with just one hand thanks to the central height adjustment - in 6 levels from 28 mm to 68 mm. The XL wheels allow the lawn mower to be operated smoothly and without fatigue and without any effort.

Thanks to the aerodynamic housing shape and large opening, the clippings are optimally collected and the large fan basket with a capacity of 43 l is filled efficiently. The grass catcher with level indicator and the carrying handle for easy emptying also make your work easier. The height-adjustable handle allows for individual adjustment to your body size.

The large, integrated carrying handles help you overcome obstacles and carry the mower. Thanks to the collapsible handle, the mower can be stored in a space-saving manner.

Delivery costs and charges apply and are added during the checkout process. We do not deliver to Channel Islands, Isle Of Wight, Scottish Highlands & Islands or Europe.

Please ensure you arrange a convenient time for delivery. The couriers will attempt to deliver twice and leave a card with a contact number on. If you are not in on both of these occasions (and you have not made arrangements to leave it with a neighbour) then you will be required to pay a charge per extra delivery attempt. If the item cannot be delivered and comes back to us then we will have to charge an additional fee for the return. We do not profit from either of these charges – we simply charge you what our delivery company will charge us. Goods should be inspected before they are signed for. You must notify us via email within 24 hours if your goods are subsequently found to be damaged.

To purchase from us you must be over 18.
