John Deere X147R Ride on Mower

The John Deere X147R is a great entry level rear collection lawn tractor, it is powered by a Briggs & Stratton V-Twin OHV 656cc engine and has a 36" cutting deck. This collection ride on mower is perfect for the smaller garden up to 4000sq/m and has the added benefit of being able to purchase a additional mulch kit for use when the grass is shorter and drier during the summer months. The Mulch kit reduces the time needed to mow the lawn but eliminating the need to empty the grass collector, as well as fertilising the lawn by returning vital nutrients from the clippings back into the soil.

The hydrostatic drive makes mowing simple and easy and the 300 litre grass collection box and 8 litre fuel tank ensures a great range of use before needing to empty the box or refuel. It has a variable cutting height that ranges from 25-89mm perfect for the start of the season through to the last cut of the season. It has some lovely little additional features such as the headlights and the ergonomically designed operator station and is easy to operate and maintain.

It comes with a 2 year domestic warranty.

Delivery Information

Delivery costs and charges apply and are added during the checkout process. We do not deliver to Channel Islands, Isle Of Wight, Scottish Highlands & Islands or Europe.

Please ensure you arrange a convenient time for delivery. The couriers will attempt to deliver twice and leave a card with a contact number on. If you are not in on both of these occasions (and you have not made arrangements to leave it with a neighbour) then you will be required to pay a charge per extra delivery attempt. If the item cannot be delivered and comes back to us then we will have to charge an additional fee for the return. We do not profit from either of these charges – we simply charge you what our delivery company will charge us. Goods should be inspected before they are signed for. You must notify us via email within 24 hours if your goods are subsequently found to be damaged.

To purchase from us you must be over 18. By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purpose of supplying goods (including passing your address and contact telephone number details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent.

Most products are kept in stock, and usually dispatched within 1-2 working days after clearance of payment however delivery of tractors is usually 4-5 working days. Some items will be dispatched directly from our distributors. If the item is out of stock we will keep you informed of any major delays.

Deliveries are normally between 8-6pm weekdays.

Garden Machinery Superstore will not be responsible for any items which you send back to us that are lost or damaged in transit.

Garden Machinery Superstore shall not be held liable for any delays in delivering goods, nor shall they be liable for delays caused to customers work commitments due to your order not arriving on time.

Garden Machinery Superstore shall not be liable to customers for charges for hire of alternate machinery or labour. We will not be liable for compensation of any kind due to late delivery of machinery or failure of machinery or damage to property from delivery.
